To Soon For Costumes?

Help! When ever the time to pick out a costume rolls around, like a lot of things in life, I get so excited by all the options and creative ideas that I cant focus or decide. That's where I need help. I have narrowed it down to only few choices and I would love some opinions or even some more ideas to go with them.
First choice goes to the minion.

Luckily my Mother is a seamstress and this is a very easy costume to create, But I just think it is adorable. I found this on simpleasthatblog.com. I love this blog because it truly is that simple. I put the picture at the top, Just because I like it. As much as I have always wanted to take the time to do a drastic makeup look for Halloween, in all honesty I am way to lazy. And aint nobody got the time to go out and buy all that yellow paint. But its good to dream big.
